If you are a natural born sailor, bring seasickness tablets along with your pack. You should go for your choosy foods although there is wide variety of tantalizing food. Make sure that your body will digest these foods properly. As I have mentioned earlier the medicines like aspirin, cold pills, and flue medicines can save you a lot of trouble if you have packed before you leave to the Cruise. Most proverbs about caution and prevention are true like "Don’t wait till the last minute to pack". Don’t rely on other people when it comes to your health, or the health of your loved ones. The mere fact of knowing that you’ve packed all the medicines you need may help prevent headaches on board. |
